WHAT A WONDERFUL SURPRISE!!!

Our client here at Fitness Results, Valerie received and unexpected surprise at the gym on Monday, February 13. Valerie’s son, Jason has been overseas and serving in Afghanistan. Jason was able to take a 2 week leave to return home. Without his mothers knowledge, Jason and friends and family were able to plan a surprise for his mother, Valerie. On Monday, February 13, Valerie had a personal training appointment here at Fitness Results, before her workout, Jason, friends and family showed up to surprise Valerie with Jason’s unexpected return home.
It was a very exciting and emotional moment for everyone, and even for us at Fitness Results to be a part of this exciting moment. We wish the family a wonderful visit with Jason while he is visiting for 2 weeks, before his return to Afghanistan. We wish Jason a safe deployment. All of us at Fitness Results have great admiration and are thankful for men like Jason to serve our country, along with other men and women.

Fitness Results Receives 2011 Best of Upland Award

U.S. Commerce Association’s Award Plaque Honors the Achievement

NEW YORK, NY, June 15, 2011 — For the third consecutive year, Fitness Results has been selected for the 2011 Best of Upland Award in the Children’s Fitness category by the U.S. Commerce Association (USCA).

The USCA “Best of Local Business” Award Program recognizes outstanding local businesses throughout the country. Each year, the USCA identifies companies that they believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and community.

Nationwide, only 1 in 120 (less than 1%) 2011 Award recipients qualified as Three-Time Award Winners. Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category. The 2011 USCA Award Program focuses on quality, not quantity. Winners are determined based on the information gathered both internally by the USCA and data provided by third parties.

Fitness Results is a private, by appointment only gym. Clients pay per visit with no monthly membership dues and no long-term contracts. They work one-on-one with a trainer, which allows the clients to stay focused on their goals with no distractions in a non-intimidating environment.

Professional Staff

At Fitness Results we pride ourselves in the integrity and professionalism of our experienced staff to train clients safely and effectively. Our trainers are AFAA-certified and have a proficient working knowledge of:

Free Consultation

We are a personalized training facility. All of our clients are on specific exercise programs based upon a number of factors. A general health assessment is made including current strength level, aerobic capacity and diet. All of our pre-training client assessments are done by a trained professionals.

State-of-the-Art EquiptmentAt Fitness Results we have state of the art equipment like Magnum’s new Bi-Angular machines.

 

The Biangular mechanism guides the human body through motion that comes naturally, rather than forcing the user to define their own path of motion. Magnum accomplishes this with multiple, ergonomically designed handles and Biangular technology based on the orgins and insertions of muscles.

We also run a full line of Star Trac cardio equipment in our technologically-current gym and workout environments.

Fitness Results clients are trained by some of the most knowledgeable professional trainers in the southern California region. Our AFAA-certified personal trainers have studied basic exercise physiology, anatomy and kinesiology. Lance McCullough
AFAA certified trainer

Lance is an AFAA-certified personal trainer with over ten years of professional training experience. Additionally, he brings nearly twenty years of his own workout experience to the table. Lance’s training has aided him in winning numerous awards, including the AAU World Bench Press Championships in 1998.

Welcome!

     Hi, welcome to the first official blog post at Fitness Results. Times are changing and we want to stay connected to our clients in new and exciting ways. We will soon have pictures up and weekly updates on the stauts of the gym, including contests, group activities, and information on food and supplements. In addition you can expect nutritional and health tips from our trainers themselves so that you are never without aid.
